Narino

Narino is an abandoned underwater merfolk city in The Azure Sea. 
The merfolk there were once a society of wealthy merchants who traded pearls and corals to the folk of the Cerulean Empire. However, after the Empire's fortunes turned following the The Great Pelagic War, the settlement went into decline. Without trade to support them, more and more merfolk left.
In the center of the abandoned city is the largest building in the ruins; a palace carved into an enormous boulder covered with corals and anemones.
