The Tinderbox

Almost two hundred miles long, the Tinderbox is a a chain of highly active huge underwater volcanoes just outside the Calacian Maw.   The area is very dangerous for shipping as the volcanoes┬ápour superheated water and smoke up from the ocean floor, cause giant waves, sudden strong riptides, and whirlpools to form without warning.   The strange cocktail of hot water and chemical-rich exhausts cause strange albino life-forms to grow and flourish in this hostile environment.
