Sandaris Tectonic Scuba Diving
One of the more unusual tourist gimmicks of Norrab is tectonic scuba diving. This practice takes place within the Sandaris Highlands Park, a vast stretch of protected wildlands north of the Sandaris Mountains.
Freshwater lakes formed between the Timbera Plate and the Sian Plate host unique wildlife and crystal clear waters, perfect for exploration.
Exploring the Lakes

Small groups of six to ten divers are taken on a tour of the lakes by a trio of experienced guides. Of the seven public lakes, three are explored at one time, decided by the group in advance. Each lake is slightly unique in terms of temperature, water quality, and inhabiting organisms.
Columnal basalt pillars have formed around these lakes, hiding entrances to caves deeper down the lakes. These entrances are blocked off and cannot be accessed during these scuba dives.
Each scuba experience lasts eight hours, with three breaks throughout the day. Refreshments are provided on these breaks at a local park restaurant.
