Karkhalan Planet Marker

Karkhalan Planet Markers are small spacecrafts used to scope and mark out planets. They competed against, and were eventually replaced with Karkhalan Exploration Ship after these vehicles, dubbed UFOs on many planets, caused mass hysteria and panic.

KP Markers were originally designed to discover potential planets for the oanie to claim. They would collect data on planets far away, sending information back to headquarters. Its aerodynamic design meant they could zip around planetary atmospheres almost undetected. Almost.

Unfortunately, the bright glowing lights and glaring tractor beams of these massive spacecrafts made them an ungodly sight in the dark nights, when these vehicles would be used.

Sightings of these unidentified flying objects have seriously affected civilisations unaware of other intelligent species. Species like humans are greatly susceptible to conspiracy theories, and any shred of evidence pointing towards these theories sends entire communities flying into a great rage.

The humn population on Earth experienced many UFOs during their existence. While humans were aware that other species existed in the Yonderverse, they had no way of communicating with them, and naturally felt very threatened when several entered Earth's atmosphere.

One UFO was captured, taken to a secret bunker somewhere within the Mojave Desert, in what was then the United States of America. What studies went on remained private, but whatever happened sent alarm-bells to the KP Headquarters, declaring the human species an enemy of the oanie.
