Stillwater Duck fights take place on the floors below the public saunas, accessed through several marked doors hidden in steam rooms

Ran by the Zhiboun crime family, well known for their duck fighting programs

The saunas themselves are a fully functional business on their own, ran partly so the crime family can enjoy relaxation whenever they want

Very popular in the city, with regular visitors well acquainted with the Zhiboun family, yet have no ties to any criminal activity

(note to self - Zhiboun family will be very chill with the general public)

the duck fights are hosted for entertainment and financial profit, as it is one of the biggest money makers in Razhea Capita's Underworld

the duck fights in the saunas themselves are often smaller, to draw less attention from governments as these fights are taking place on the Surface

the basement of this building can take you down into the Underworld, which is attached to larger duck fighting arenas for bigger battles

the family sometimes have meetings inside the saunas, to ease tension. they may also turn up the temperature to make others in the meeting uncomfortable
