The Seven Dancing Veils is a fairly well known dance and entertainment troupe hailing from the village of Itheus in Ar'Lasang Vaerda'Ky- the Pirate nation of Tolara founded by Thecina Hechae in 6056; the troup consists of seven Genasi women of no actual relation, who call themselves sisters after having grown up together in an Orphanage.
As children they began performing together at a young age in an effort to pass the time. Their dance group quickly gained local fame and became well known for their unique methods of dance using large fans and veils. It wasn't until 6431, however, that they were discovered by Algan Vathorn and gained widespread notoriety; an Eris'kan noble who happened to be visiting Nunila on a temporary diplomatic assignment, he invited them to perform for the Eris'kan Royal Family. Their performance at court was well received, and they became a favored troupe among Tolara's elite society.
Each of the 7 sisters is well known for a particular magical talent used in their performances. Seeking to further improve both their Fan and magical skills in order to break into Mercenary work, they became one of the first people granted access to study with ellusive Sarian Lapitook Tribe- renowned in Martova for their fan based martial styles.
