Dandan's Dragon Store is nestled near Cabbage Road within the more affordable "Drapery" quarter of Bridgeport. Perched directly above the harbor, it offers a panoramic view of the bustling port below, and the briny scent of the sea frequently wafts through its vicinity. Patrons can peruse a wide array of wares imported directly from the distant land of Han. While most items are prominently displayed for all to see, a select few remain hidden, only revealed to those whom Dandan trusts.   Beyond offering exotic goods, Dandan provides a unique service: visitors can enlist her assistance in delivering packages to individuals residing in Han, expanding her role as a bridge between the two lands.

Hidden Entrance: There is a concealed entrance to a secret basement where Dandan keeps her most valuable and rarest items. This entrance is usually reserved for trusted customers or those who can prove themselves.   Connection to Han's Underworld: Dandan's ties to Han run deep, and some suspect that she has connections to the criminal underworld there. Her shop might serve as a front for smuggling operations or the distribution of illicit goods (rumour).   Mystical Guardian: Rumors suggest that Dandan has a mystical guardian or protector, a magical creature or spirit that watches over her shop. It occasionally intervenes to thwart theft or troublemakers (rumour).   Priceless Artifacts: Deep within the shop's vault, Dandan hoards a few priceless artefacts of immense historical and magical significance. These items could change the course of history if they were to fall into the wrong hands (or used for good by the right hands).   Secret Passageway: The shop's basement seamlessly connects to a nearby harbour structure, granting Dandan discreet access to the harbour area without encountering the watchful gaze of the city gate guards.

Plot Hooks

Note: the plot hooks are ordered in a certain way. The party first could get to know Dandan by investigating her, and building up trust until she trusts them (with her secret wares and also helping her in family matters).   The Rival Trader: A rival trader in Bridgeport seeks to tarnish Dandan's reputation. They spread rumours of counterfeit goods sold in her shop and want the party to gather evidence against her. Are these allegations true, or is Dandan being framed?   The Lost Recipe: Dandan's renowned recipe for a mystical elixir has gone missing. She suspects foul play and enlists the party's help to recover the recipe before it falls into the wrong hands. She remembers having seen it last before a certain customer visited her shop earlier that day.   Harbour Sabotage: Someone is secretly sabotaging Dandan's business by intercepting shipments and spreading false stories about her shop. The party needs to discover the identity and motives of the saboteur before they ruin Dandan's business.   The Mysterious Sea Serpent: Dandan has heard whispers of a legendary sea serpent near the coast, and she believes its scales could be a valuable component for her next creation. The party is tasked with hunting down this elusive creature, but the sea holds many secrets and dangers.   Family Matters: Dandan's family in Han is facing a crisis, and she's desperate to help them. She hires the party to investigate and resolve the issue, but the journey to Han is long and fraught with danger.
The map of Bridgeport, a harbour city located in the south of Farenia, showcases a maritime center characterized by vibrant activity and bustling trade. Unlike other cities in Farenia, Bridgeport's harbour opens onto a different sea, setting it apart and granting it a unique status. To bolster its connectivity and reinforce its importance in regional trade, the ambitious Bridgeport Channel project is underway. Not everyone is pleased with the construction of the new channel, leading to a surge in violent resistance...

I like how you added the items that are sold here! Seems like an interesting little shop. It inspired me to finally write about the apothecary shop in my world that needed some more love.

This is really great! I like how you have the items listed especially the ones that are restricted. The blur works beautifully
