Exposition
Mercy/Malichor is born to Robert Spencer and Victoria Spencer. Victoria believes the child is evil.
Rising Action
Robert finds Victoria Spencer beating their son. He packs her off to Starlight Valley Asylum. Mercy/Malichor takes a "nature" walk with a female servant, whom he never returns with. She is one of many sacrifices.
Climax
After Mercy/Malichor graduates from school, Robert, possessed by Malichor, turns Mercy/Malichor into a woman.
Falling Action
Robert and Mercy/Malichor become a couple.
Resolution
They have a child together, the first of the Mongrels.
