The capitol city of the The Barony of Rocha, Cornelia stands, shining and pure, at the middle-eastern tip of Hariel Majour, overlooking the Bay of Blood.
The city is ruled by the baron himself, Baron Navac the 3rd.

Demographics

A largely human settlement. 70% human, 15% elf (including a decent number of qualenti), 20% mixed other.

Government

A autocracy run by a lone monarch, Navac 3, and his advisors.

Defences

Cornelia features a standing army of 10,000 "Ravens" (soldiers). This number has grown as of late, almost as if the Barony is gearing up for some sort of offensive.

Industry & Trade

Siphoning goods from the surrounding villages and farms, Cornelia is a hotbed of trade along the east coast. They are one of the few nations that has any sort of import/export relationship with Lentokk.

Infrastructure

The city is the epitome of modern design. It features advanced aqueducts and sewers, along with water mills and other energy providing sources.

Guilds and Factions

Many of the largest guilds present in Angleport are also represented in Cornelia. Many of those from the underworld as well.
