Che Luck

He is so large that his shadow falls onto you half an hour before he catches you... so goes the saying. That is not fully true, then again, partially it is. He is a really big and muscular man carrying a giant cutlass, making people quiver in fear where he appears. And if you catch a glimpse of his ship Elaine behind yours, then you are doomed no matter what.

General Physical Condition

Daily training with all kind of weapons and weights have made him a strong and skilled fighter. A couple of his fellow pirates are gnomes, and he just throws them onto the other ship to board it.

Specialized Equipment

Coat of Seals

The coat reaches down to Che's knees. Lapels and sleeve fronts have been reinforced with leather, the collar is made of stuffed seals. Once per combat, the seals can emit a deafening howl on command to distract nearby enemies.

Cutlass of the Spotted Ray

When Che Luck's cutlass hits, which it usually does, it has the shocking effect of an Electric Ray, making it extremely easy to do tremendous damage with the next strike.

To eyewitnesses, this could look like Che's victims are frozen in fear. It is the combination of all the things, that makes Che so terrifying.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Che was born in Bridgeport as the son of a waitress and a sailor. He became a bully, taking the things from other kids that he liked and forcing them to do things they didn't want to do. Soon he became the leader of a dozen urchins who survived by theft and extortion and otherwise just twiddled their thumbs. When the boys became men, they stole a ship and became pirates with Che as their captain.

Employment

He is the captain of the Elaine and the leader of a group of about thirty pirates, with their hideout close to Kamonson.
