Arcturus

Galaxy best known for its comparatively huge number of precursor megastructures. It is also a large galaxy which is largely unexplored. While the Hyperion Federation is very interested in studying the megastructures, it is also inhabited by multiple native factions. The Federation needs to compete with them to obtain the information they need. Therefore, the Federation set up an Intergalactic Gate. The largest factions native to this galaxy are the Republic of Miasi and Alti Dominion. There is also a large part of the galaxy that is unreachable by almost all forms of FTL travel. The native factions can acess it via Wormhole Fabrication Facilities (WFFs), which are large, advanced stations that create a wormhole there. The galaxy itself is a large inactive spiral galaxy with 4 arms.
