A planet located in the ZQ-43D galaxy.
MT-245 was once inhabited by Xadia Ancients, who constructed a powerful time dilation field generator around the world.
The Hyperion Federation has inhabited this planet with mostly semi-immortal species (e.g. Sentient Robot, Yunkad, Suon). These races were chosen to inhabit the world because non-semi-immortal races would reach their lifespan about 10x faster and rapidly cause their death (relative to an outside observer). It has contributed significantly to technological development, especially seeing that 1 second spent on the planet is equal to 10 seconds in space. The world also attempts to study the several artifacts on the world, including the time dilation machine. They have all remained operational through the Dark Age. MT-245 is of an approximately average size. Its surface gravitation is close to what humans are used to.A number of archeotech artifacts have been moved to MT-245, including perpetual motion machines or other equipment needed to construct a Sovereign Light - Class Advanced Cruiser. Immense rows of supercomputers and data centers give the inhabtiatnts a massive amount of data to work from and the laboratories are very advanced and designed for the primary purpose of reverse-engineering archaeotech and improving the design of the Sovereign Light. Surface-to-orbit weapons established on this planet are also incredibly powerful. From the perspective of an orbital insertion, planetary weapons built here will fire about 10x faster than normal due to time dilation and still remain perfectly accurate. It is not uncommon for a massive railgun array on the surface to fire faster and much more accurately than any orbital weapon. There are also many teleportres on the world, allowing logistics to remain operational even if barricaded. The largest weapon on the planet is designed to attack any Teleport Jammers which might jam the teleporters on this planet. It stockpiles a lot of ammunition via matter plasma. Although defended excellently, the planet is not designed to be a fortress.
Sometimes, some elite forces are also trained on this planet to accelerate the training process. This is only done with semi-immortal species though, as this can last a long time relative to the training forces themselves.
