Urgand System

The homeworld of the Anagon species. Urgand is actually a neutron star. It is in a binary orbit with a class A star, Urgand A, giving Urgand a day / night cycle.   The system is filled with strange binary and trinary planetary systems.   1st planets - Lava planet, 2 moons (binary) Lava planet, 3 moons (trinary)   2nd planets - Gas giant, 84 moons (22 in binary systems, 12 in trinary) Gas giant, 59 moons (11 binary, 6 trinary)(These 2 gas giants share 14 moons that orbit the system rather than individual gas giants)   3rd planets - 3 regular barren planets which occupy the same orbital path   4th planets (trinary system) - Habitable planet, 1 moon Habitable planet, 3 moons Barren toxic gaseous planet, 2 moons(The system shares 2 moons)   5th planets (binary system) - Gas giant Smaller gas giant The system shares 2 moons, each occupies and orbits a lagrange point in the system   6th planets - Ice planet   7th planets - (trinary system) Ice planet Ice planet Barren planet   8th planets (quadratic system) - Class something gas giant (83 moons) Habitable planet (warmed up from the gas giant mini star) Lava planet Ice planet     Needless to say this system has every faction and scientist confused. Even the Hyperion Federation can not figure out what it happening here, they speculate it is due to precursor activity but cannot prove this hypothesis because no artifacts have been found. Apart from the machine that slows down the Anagons and the one keeping the quadratic system stable.       (It was indeed an engineered system, by the Xadia Ancients, but they did not inhabit the system. They left after making it and seeding the anagons. No one has ever before seen planets orbit lagrange points or a quadratic system)
