Soomere Weth

Soomere Weth was a renouned Delfi Guide for the Yenari Empire. She controlled the city of Delfi for over 75 days, maintianing stability in the notriously unstable city. Her critics claimed that she encouraged the city to remain a cesepool of imorality and benifited off its corruption. Her critics even claim that she was a secret lover of Neerse the 23th and somtimes they even whispeer about even darker sexual depravities.

Identifying Characteristics

Soomere was a Delfian woman of average height. She had dark brown hair and the light tan skin of a classic Delfian. Her most notable feature was a scar that ran the length of her face, from her right temple down to her left cheek bone.

Personal history

Little is known about Soomere's past. Many of the dark stories that circulate about her past, she claimed were made up by detractors. What is clear is that she grew up on the streets of Delfi during the Yenari Empire occupation of the city.
When Torm-delfi was recaptured in 4436, she claimed that she had sneaked out of the city alreted Neerse the 23th army that she could open the north gate and then proceeded to do so. Excatly how she accomplished this is unknown. What is clear is that Neerse was extermly greatful and this act earned her a place in his court.
After the massacre of Delfi by the religious priestesses, Neerse gave Soomere the role of Delfi Guide and granted her sol jusidiction of the admisnstration of justice in the city. With almost unlimited authority in the city, Soomere effecitly restablished stability in the city. She even enbarked on turning the city into a resort destination for the elite of the empire.
She rulled until her death in 4516.
