Alterations

Originally, Guardian Solace was built for the Monks as a simple place because anything else was a distraction. As Gloombringer activity increased, so did the need for the Monks to be properly equipped to handle the growing threat. Hidden rooms were added to accomadate the increased weapon load. Additional floors were added to the monestary to provide the required space for sleeping quarters, eating, and such.

History

Built by the Benedictine Monks, this monastery was expanded over the years. They prayed and fought here and did fine until after the Second War of the Roses. With declining numbers, they sold the monastery to the King of Edria before returning to Eternal Island and the Vatican.

It took me a while to get here but I've made it. I can't help but wonder if Infinite Grace and Harmony have been steering my course so that I wouldn't arrive here before now... I almost laugh at that. It has given us free will but I have felt It's influence before. It's possible just the information has been kept from me until I was ready. But am I actually ready?
