Hill of Hounds
After the Winter Contingency of 1102, many of the Eternal Empire's Fourth Fleet had to emergency land on the Veritian Leaf and halt their invasion. The Hound Division, division 11, did so near the Church city of Seraphim which the Eternals were currently annexing. Through some negotiations, and a mixture of mercy and desperation from the Veritians of the Church, the Hound traded the city of Seraphim for a region south of the city between Church lands and the city state of Contact. This province was once called the Rolling Acreages, a sparsely populated region known for graze land and not much else. The Church only had one major city in the region called Acre, but it was far to the east closer to Dakath and the Eastern Fey Wilds. The Church did not surrender Acre, as it was an outpost against the Shogunate of Dakath. In fact, they gave little land truly, as the Veritian inhabitants remaining in the traded region were offered duo citizenship and freedom to move through both lands. The Hound was in no position to make much terms, and were surprised to get any territory at all.
They renamed the region the Hill of Hounds. The Hound kept to their skillset, and became a nation focused on health and wellbeing. The world weary from a year of intense warfare, welcomed the division's contribution to overall healing. It became one of the more liked Eternal outpost.
Geography
It is mostly rolling hills with a few mountains to the West, though those mountains are considered the Western border. While the geography is bland for Veritian standards (a mostly forested and lush continental leaf), the Hound has used their Eternal terraforming technology to create many ideal articial vistas immitating the homeland of their patients. Veritian travelers would see these silver domes littered throughout the landscape, hiding within continents they'd never knew existed.
