The Tower of Dakath

The capital city of the elven kingdom of Dakath. The city is one large tower on the northern coast of the valley droplet sea.

Demographics

Mostly elves and half-elves.

Government

It is a kingdom, with the king of the Dakath elves being the grandson of the founder of the city.

History

During the Sundering, a religious reformation hit the Dakath Elves. The world calls it Elven Secularism, as though they believe that they are on the path to Veritas, they do not worship it. They see Veritas as a science to learn, not a god to worship or a state to be.   A couple decades before the Dormant Rise, a civil conflict began between the western high elves and the eastern wilds wood elves. It was a growing issue of urban versus rural governmental bias, and secessionist movements began emerging in the Eastern Fey Wilds territory around Memore. Elves are not wasteful with their life though, so violent conflicts were infrequent. The conflict reached its head by 1050, when a new player joined the war, Kalethorn Nur, Duke of Oriaphia. His aid led to the easts victory, splitting Dakath into two.
