Nightmare

Nightmare, once called Tuthis, is the largest lesser race city within the Dormant Lands. It was renamed Nightmare after the Dormant Rise, and is considered by most to be the capitol of that cult. Most of their cultists come from this city.

Government

Before the Dormant Cult, the city was run by a collective of infighting warlords. After, the Flower took control, and ruled via illusions and domination.

History

The history of Tuthis is hard to follow, as it rarely is under the control of the same political power. Every century, the city is conquered or changes leaders. It follows a king of the hill type power system, with the current ruler being the Dormant Cult. Though they have sat in power for more than a century, there is still a passed on sentiment that persists despite Dormant control that their power will end just like every other.

Architecture

Much of the city is ruins from before the Sundering and terrible imitations of the church's style. Thus, the city has the look of the veritian style but without the culture to support it. It has the look of a bastardized holy city, an appropriate home for the Dormant Cult.
