Dr. Samantha Fields, Lady of Blades

Doctor Samantha Fields, Lady of Blades, was the head physician of the Eternal Empire's Fourth Fleet, and was stationed in their eleventh division, the Hound's mothership Spring Ark 17. She was the best surgeon in the fleet, thus her title Lady of Blades. After the Winter Contingency and the shutting down of the Mastiff (though there is a backup file stored within Spring Ark 17), Samantha was key in negotiating the end of hostilities with the Church of Veritas and securing the Hill of Hounds. Her popularity and overall diplomatic capability made her the best choice for CEO of the new founded Hound Hospitalis.
