Umera

Umera is the second largest continent in Scarterra's south western continent. Umera is still in development but I intend to be use fantasy depictions of Ancient China and Feudal Japan as the primary inspiration. The continent of Umera is dominated by the two competing nations of Nishi and Azuma. The other nations tend to be pawns and cats paws in the on again-off again conflict between the two local powers.

Geography

Umera is split in half by the Umeran mountain range which forms the natural barrier between Nishi and Azuma.

Fauna & Flora

The flora and fauna of Umera is loosely based on real world Asia in the Classical Era.

History

Centuries ago, the near entirety of continent was under the thumb of the Elven Empire, government. Umera of the was the hotbed of human uprisings against the Elven Empire. While the locals are loathe to admit it, the grey elves have left a lasting cultural impact on the whole nation.
