The act is deemed a homicide due to the single bullet wound through the victim's cranium. The Quartzian Rebellion liberate The Most Serene Monarchy of Quartz with direct assistance from Lance, Ren, K'rist, Odd, Zoe Miyamizu, and Niles Ray from the rogue militia formerly belonging to The Confederation is ousted. King Rüden Adershine is reinstated to the throne.
On an auspicious day, the fabled lost heir to The White Tiger of Formosa made themselves apparent. At first disbelieved by the general public, upon the return of The Vestiges, he was hailed as a gift from the divine, one who would lead the nation out of the coming strife of the War in Heaven. The king held a conference between North and South Formosa, and through great tribulation, his council's were able to resolve concerns and formally end the Formosan Civil War. Tales are told this king resembles the likeness of an elf by the name of Jack of Hearts, especially given his unique western accent. This is always hurriedly denied, although rumors abound, especially during the institution of monthly circuses hosted by the king himself.
The Most Serene Monarchy of Quartz, in association with The Dwarven Imperium of Azar and the elves of Dayla Village in association with Prince Thomas Adershine, begin to relocate vast swathes of their populations to the safe location of Quartz, the Crystal City, where they seek to protect as many as possible through use of an Empyrean Crystal under the control of Ørek Dreimalig. Messengers are sent to Kriegfire for relocation of prominent nobles.
The Holy Empire in coordination with the Kingdom of Kriegfire unleash a coordinated invasion upon the capitol city of Odessa in The Ruby Kingdoms of Caspia. Sleeper cells of soldiers within the capitol activate, and begin combating city guards. Meanwhile, multiple Gate spells are activated to the north of the city, unleashing a tremendous army led by King Manza. Prince Caldus is rumored to be seen on the battlefield, and King Manza was said to have disappeared in breaching of the city gates. A valiant defense is orchestrated at the walls of the Royal Castle by Ser Bevan.
Vale Academy activates their Mythallar for the first time in 9000 years, fighting back against the Garden Master within the core of Vale Academy's structure to gain true dominance over the larger capabilities of the academy. During the explosion due to the unsealing of The Dirge, the Academy was thrown of its axis, falling to the ground and crash landing in the northeast of the Ruby Kingdoms near The Marrows.
Brydan Gulli, Garroth Hellsturn, and Korva Thorne fight with Zinth and his allies. Oxton Carter is used as a conduit, and The Dirge is opened at The Nave underneath Odessa in The Ruby Kingdoms of Caspia.
With The Dirge breached, so too was all that was withheld. All elves across Rakuen are granted their reverie and knowledge of their ancient, connected history forevermore. The time is remembered by all individuals of Elvish descent experiencing powerful headaches upon the event, and true Elves in particular beginning to experience the Reverie during their trances.
After eons trapped in The Dirge, Bahamut and Tiamat escape back to Rakuen. They both immediately begin mounting a defense against any foes that stand in their way, amassing armies to vanquish weaker foes.
All manner of horrifying creatures quickly make their way out of the pierced veil of The Dirge and begin to rampage across the Occident. Some flee quickly to escape possible entrapment, others seek only chaos, violence, and power.
The Dirge is quarantined by the Eternia. The fix is temporary, but it keeps beings from entering and exiting through the rift that was created. Immediate torrents of fiends exiting The Dirge are halted for the moment.
Bahamut, seeking allies, takes note of Adran Brushgather, who shows promise in the coming war for Rakuen. He consults with Adran in the heart of Bastion. Adran resolves to seek out his former companions to face the oncoming threats.
The fell mindflayer known as Zinth, along with many newly released mindflayers, begins construction of a massive fortress on the ruins of Odessa, capital of the The Ruby Kingdoms of Caspia. The terrain around it is pillaged by demons and devils, along with that of a massive tarrasque.
Emperor Caldus, Grand Emperor and Dragon God of The Holy Empire, was rejected by Tiamat. In a rage, he ascended to his forbidden dragon form, razing the city of Caldarum. He was defeated in epic combat by Brydan Gulli, Garroth Hellsturn, K'rist, Korva Thorne, Lance, Odd, and Ren.
Tiamat travels to Avalon, seeking to hobble the power of Bahamut, and destroys the capital and large cities spread throughout Avalon. The Avalonian people are lost and disenchanted, seemingly betrayed by their high deities. Reconstruction slowly begins.
As The Ruby Kingdoms of Caspia falls into disarray, and news begins to spread, large swathes of the population begin to abandon the country, fleeing to safety of their neighbors. Ren, K'rist, Lance, and Odd fall in with a migratory camp moving into The Holy Empire.
The Ruby Kingdoms of Caspia dissolves after an unprecedented blitzkrieg. The countryside is claimed by demons and devils. The seat of power is claimed by mindflayers. King Brooks and his family are evacuated by Brydan Gulli, Korva Thorne, and Garroth Hellsturn to Azar, where they attempt to rule in exile. In time, the Brooks family abdicates their titles. The royal Court of Brooks maintains good relations with the Azar Dwarves, but eventually migrates to Quartz, the Crystal City, before inevitably being absorbed by King Rüden Adershine into the Quartzian noble lines, designated as House Brooks.
Zoe Miyamizu is used as a catalyst to complete the ritual of The Vestiges. The act is a success. She begins to ascend, driven with chaos. She is defeated by Ren, Lance, Odd, and K'rist.
The Eternals, formerly The Vestiges, are awakened from their imprisonment in The Nevermore. They move The Hereafter into the sky above Horizon. They then begin to reclaim their lost space throughout the multiverse.
Xerxes, The Destined One, an evil eldritch child is defeated by Garroth Hellsturn, Brydan Gulli, and Korva Thorne. Zinth and his Cerebral Tyrant were also defeated. The Mindflayers retreated into wild space. The portal to the Far Realm in The Ruby Kingdoms of Caspia was closed.
After a cross-continent travel to restore the power of The Eternals, Lance, Ren, Odd, and K'rist, and Zoe Miyamizu disband and go their separate ways.

Brydan, a self-sufficient dwarf who is weathered by decades of adventuring, passes away quietly in his tree-shaped chair. He is covered with snow and not heard of again.
The devils and demons unite in The Hells, with an army of undead under the command by a simulacrum of the Lich of the Dirge - K'rist - to fight a coming force of foul beings exiting from a portal to The Rift. The campaign is a massive failure.
K'rist, in an attempt to use high level magic to transport her mage tower away from The Dirge, perished as her tower crumbled around her, turning her body to plaster on the floor. She revived from her philactery some time later.
Garroth casts wish upon himself, and departs this realm for a new adventure to rediscover his wife.
The universe darkens, time stops, and all is embroiled in a fight for dominion over all. Many die, many more suffer. There is nothing left but suffering and those who were unlucky enough to survive. And yet, so they did survive.
Lance fails to pass on after his death. By a promise with The First Flame, Lance finds the ability to reincarnate into a statue in Quartz, the Crystal City during the War in Heaven. He defends the city of Quartz unerringly, eventually coming to rest in a large park, returning to stone.
Ørek Dreimalig is slain the War in Heaven, his head severed from his body unto the floor. He slayed 4 godlings before his demise.
