Odessa always had the need to thrive on its alliances. Being in the most centralized location meant that enemies abounded on all sides. With centuries of experience in negotiating with enemies on all sides, it comes as no surprise that it was the Odessan government was the one who negotiated peace between the ever-warring factions throughout the land, unifying everyone under the Ruby Kingdom's banner.
