Highwater

Highwater is a large town on Kutloc, along the South-West coast.

Most of this big town is on stilts over the water. Wooden paths run along side buildings.
The buildings are multiple layers high.

It is poorly lit, the wooden blinds allow only dim light into the by a few tallow candles.
Innkeeper = Faila Norwilt: Female Elves ex-Merchant. Faila has white hair and gray eyes, and a thin nose. She wears travel-stained clothing and whacks nuisance customers with a blackthorn staff. Faila is cursed with a deformed left arm.
Serves drinks and snacks.

The Rose Smoke Tavern

Inn
It is in a market district, surrounded by other buildings on stilts - other the deep water. It stands next to a warehouse.
The Tavern is a stripy three storey timber building, with a reinforced wooden doors. The lower level is a tavern with a bar and numerous tables.
Accommodation consist of a single large room with wooden cots and several hammocks in the common room on the second floor, while on the third floor is 8 single rooms. The outside fire pit sends sweet rose smelling smoke into the air.
The innkeeper = aging female Dwarves named Doswilla, who has an eye for detail, and a stern look that makes even the roughest sailor gringe.
