Palan Beach

The sandy wide and deep beach, which faces Akati Ocean, is named Palan Beach - located on the West side of Kutloc, close to Ragett.

Also known as "Starter Bay" by the members of The Gamblers' Run. For it is where they start the "Tokens" from, in the annual "race" to Labés City, through the Feywild Expanse.
