Jewel Lake
The Jewel Lake is in Kutloc. The town of Tusk sits on the North-West bank.
This lake looks to be in teardrop shape and colour of silver - like a perfectly flat disc of metal. It is lined with pine trees and the whiff of mint wafted in the air. It is an idyllic scene. Unruffled by wind or rain, it was vault still and peaceful. The only sounds were the bumbling of bees and the heavy echo of a raven's cry.
The water is full of swimming creatures.
Water Elementals (small silvery fresh water) = will give up a loose "scale" if asked properly

Localized Phenomena
The caves on the North side of Jewel Lake are said the contain "The Oracle of Fates" named Deilesh Jusaan. Said to mentally connect to the three Fates who reside in the Shadowfell.
