Whisp

Whisp is a hamlet on of the Western coastline on Kutloc, - near Deep Cove and Highwater.

The river that is feed by the Jewel Lake passes to the North of Whisp.

It has no walls although is in a dip within the surrounding forest pines, which protects it somewhat from the sea breezes off Akati Ocean.

It is a quiet place and expects few visitors.

Drinking Tavern
A tavern with a great view of the sea. on the East side grows a rose garden. It is mainly for locals to come and gather after long working days. People play cards and dice. Has a warm fire and ale a plenty. Nateel (Half-Water Elf female) runs the bar. She has a sweet smile and amble figure.

Ranger Training
A small archery training school.
The only tutor is Selonis Walstils a female Wood Elf with extreme skills with any style of bow. Selonis has coppery skin and green hazel eyes. She has short cropped black brown hair. She is a member of The Gamblers' Run.

THE TRIUMPHANT TOAD

Inn
An small, elegant building, known for a local flute player Queline - Half-Elf female - who entertain the patrons.
The inn is a two-storey timber and brick building, with a slate roof. Accommodation consist of several small rooms with beds and feather-filled mattresses. A large Stables behind the building - has room for horses and carriages.

Havill: Male Dwarf Wizard, Good. Havill has blonde hair and bright gray eyes, and a beaked nose. He wears fine clothing and wields a dagger and sling. Havill lost his reflection to a water nymph.
