The Jalaret

In the Feywild Expanse part of Kutloc, a day outside of the City known as Labés City, 3 hours to the South-West of Wolfengast.

Within the thich forest is a starnge momument - once a golem of The Wild Elves.
This monument is as tall as the trees surrounding it. It is created out of raw roughly cut blocks of green jade and black onyx stone - each reveal lines of white and glints of gold.

The real Jalaret is a massive creature with hyena facial features, formed by plants and any of a number of small birds that creep around in the vegetation.

It's movement is slow (20ft per round) but can reach out to a 20ft range.

It is a creature of Void surrounded by Wood - that devours living things that cause it to anger. It can explode when "killed" (the blocks of stones and wood will fly) only to reform on The Plane of Void - able to return.
An excellent tracker of target(s). It likes to separate it's main target from any allies. It can release negative emotions out into the surrounding area.

Frightful Presence = Each creature of the Jalaret's choice that is within 120 feet and aware of it must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Change Shape = The Jalaret magically polymorphs into a humanoid, a twisting pillar of smoke, or beast that has a challenge rating no higher than its own, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. In a new form, the dragon retains its alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, Legendary Resistance, Lair Actions, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as this action. Dream = Illusion (Casting Time: 1 minute; Duration: 8 hours) - Places a seeable creature of the Jalaret's choice into a sleep state. This spell shapes a creature’s dreams. The target must be on the same plane of existence as you. Creatures that don’t sleep, such as elves, can’t be contacted by this spell. The Jalaret enters a trance state, acting as a messenger. While in the trance, the messenger is aware of his or her surroundings, but can’t take actions or move. If the target is asleep, the messenger appears in the target’s dreams and can converse with the target as long as it remains asleep, through the duration of the spell. The messenger can also shape the environment of the dream, creating landscapes, objects, and other images. The messenger can emerge from the trance at any time, ending the effect of the spell early. The target recalls the dream perfectly upon waking. If the target is awake when you cast the spell, the messenger knows it, and can either end the trance (and the spell) or wait for the target to fall asleep, at which point the messenger appears in the target’s dreams.
You can make the messenger appear monstrous and terrifying to the target. If you do, the messenger can deliver a message of no more than ten words and then the target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC15). On a failed save, echoes of Void Elementals spawn in a nightmare that lasts the duration of the target’s sleep, and the target from gains no benefit from that rest. When the target wakes up, it takes 3d6 psychic damage.
Healing = The Jalaret regains 2d10 Hit Points.
If the Jalaret takes Acid or Radiant damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the Jalaret's next turn. - The Jalaret dies only if it starts its turn with 0 Hit Points.

THE GRINNING BRIDGE

Near The Jalaret - about 20 minutes to the West, has been carefully build a bridge to cross The Magne Gorge to reach Wolfengast in the Prime Material Plane part of Kutloc.
As the people approach the bridge, it is wooden that sags down like a grin.
The bridge seems very sturdy - barely creaks as a person crosses on the 1st plank.
The sign post reads, "TIDAL BRIDGE"
