Efren
Efren is within the Feywild Expanse of Kutloc, to the East of Vartol.
A town located on the tropical plains, where the vegetation is thick. Efren is comprised mostly of Tiefling, Halfling, Gnomes and Genasi. They are a sophocratic (Literally meaning governed by the wise) constitutional monarchy that worships many deities, none having a clear majority.
The Town Square = which is relatively large and astonishingly well-kempt.
The Speared Boar = A quite large bar that's absolutely spotless, and is known for its wooden-chopping competition held weekly, delicious spit-roasted boar once a week, and holding pool competitions. Accommodation is in separate cabins (4 beds per cabin and indoor toilets)
Three-Legged Stool = A small general store (run by a confident Halfling female named Josie Lightfoot) that's reasonably tidy, and is known for wide range of goods on sale.
Oakley's Specialty Meats = A butcher (cunning Tiefling male Burnten) whose specialty is trying to pass of strange vegetable creations as real meat, and creating sausages from rats.
The Bright Needle = A tailor (serious Firbolg male Pimwol) their specialty is doing free fittings for suits and adding luminous dyes to clothing.
Cold Silver = A large smithy (friendly Human male Ivan Walburn) that's reasonably tidy, and is known for its blatantly amateur weapons and armour.
The Open Purse = An average sized massage parlor that's very clean and minimalist, and has been questioned for slave trading. All the people here have a price, and being owned by a tall, fiery madam (Tiefling female Herma) with a no-nonsense attitude.

Professor Verthica (a fat, but muscular too male Dragonborn, who holds himself tall and expects respect from everyone)
Professor Liftrasa Metalhood (a mid thirties female dwarf. She is somewhat tiny and rather round, and has green eyes with light tan skin. The most notable physical trait of Liftrasa is that she has a neck that looks to small for their head. Liftrasa swears often. She is cautious. When she is relaxed, she is thoughtful. Efren Cemetery = A cemetery that is quite large, occupying several acres of land and is situated near a row of beautiful blossom trees - on the hill on the edge of town. The path is lined with Lycoris, Red Spider Lilies.
