Anchorage Heights, often referred to as "the Heights," is a Hold and the political center of Awarth. Here, the Council of Anchors meets at the Anchorage, where elected ward leaders deliberate on city policy and law. The Heights is more orderly and well-kept than most Holds, filled with government buildings, administrative offices, and the homes of Awarth’s officials. Though it has a semblance of stability, tensions and political machinations simmer within in the stately homes and halls.
