36 E - House of Rubla Shelt {Totter}

Rubla's family has been in Stagburn for a few generations. Her family house is the oldest in Little Elftown and was the one that established the district. Her grandfather worked as a totters and as his only surviving granddaughter, she does as well.
She pulls a wagon around the town every afternoon collecting trash and unwanted items. Anything she thinks has value she tries to sell to Rover Nackle (who she has a complex friendship with). She then hauls garbage to a dump site south of town.
Rubla is quite tall for an elf and very robust. She is strong enough to pull the full cart herself, having outlived too many pack animals.
