The Yalrow siblings Riv, Jar, and Suniel run the village crematorium. None are particularly happy about their profession, and resent their youngest brother Brisya who ran off to Skafatum last year. They ask anyone they learn traveling to that city to deliver a letter begging him to return.
When not on duty, the siblings look after their elderly parents Chorl and Zoria.
