10 E - Empty House

This house is currently empty. It was occupied by an aristocratic associate of Duke Vaughn when the Duke lived in Stagburn. His name was Postimus Herratan and supplied the Duke with connections to several art vendors. Herratan moved out when the Duke died, returning to Vomerro.
It is still owned by the Herratan family and is not for sale. Its rooms are empty and stripped of all furnishings.
