Outside the west gate of Stagburn Dale is a ramshackle neighborhood. It's inhabited by elves and one dwarven family. The elves came to the village to work on construction projects when Stagburn expanded under Duke Vaughn and stayed when the Duke died. They built this small district. Because the elves live apart, many of the human inhabitants of Stagburn view them with mistrust.
