Vanne Simms runs a stable and mount-purchasing service. She is a very capable horse and pony expert, but has a reputation of being a bit of a brute, especially when she drinks. She lives with her no-good husband and their young daughter nearby.
Vanne operates horse-trading contacts in Velcha and Balleo and can sometimes obtain special mounts for a high cost. Her stabling is secure. She always denegrates the stable run by Symon Silverdirk at the Oak and Dagger Inn.
