This jeweler's shop is owned by Evan Eastwind who moved here when the town supported nobles tied to Duke Vaughn. He married local girl Emile Bergson and stayed when Duke Vaughn died. Both work in this well-appointed shop, although it does not see much traffic. They are thinking about moving to Skafatum or Velcha. They will buy jewelry from adventurers. They live in the Enclave near the eastern gate.
