Duke Vaughn paid for the construction of a school for young children in Stagburn. He hired a young teacher from Velcha named Dallid Ortan who enjoyed the job until the children of the nobles moved away after the Duke died. Dallid is mulling over moving back to Velcha even though he knows this would leave the town without a teacher. Mayor Hayward has pleaded with Dallid to stay.
As part of his deal with the Duke, Dallid was given a house in the Enclave.
