11 A - House of Evan Eastwind and Emile Bergson {Jewelers}

This is the home of Evan and Emile who own a Jeweler's Shop in Stagburn. Evan moved here from Skafatum when the town supported nobles tied to Duke Vaughn. He married local girl Emile Bergson and stayed when Vaughn died. They are thinking about moving to Skafatum or Velcha.
Emile believes she married up by marrying Evan. She does not have much contact with her family who live on a farm south of the river.
