14 D - The Hungry Cloak Shop {Rover Nackle}

The Hungry Cloak shop sells neither food nor clothing.
It is owned and run by a gregarious gnome named Rover Nackle. Rover has wild gray hair that sticks up as high as his face. He always dresses in very brightly colored robes and speaks very quickly (often of subjects he has misheard because he is also a bit hard of hearing). He lives on the east side of town.

This building is stuffed full of miscellaneous brick-back and junk, mostly things that Rover has found abandoned around Stagburn, or items Rover buys secondhand. Mixed in among the items are a few things useful to adventurers. Rover is very interested in purchasing items for resale, particularly if they are odd (he buys for what he believes is 10-20% under value and sells for 10-20% over value). Rover also gets supplies from a cousin in Velcha which means weekly he has a collection of magic items for sale.
