This large house used to belong to a noble who moved to Stagburn when Vaughn became Ward Duke. The noble moved away when Vaughn died to attach himself to the new Duke. The Temple of Huvoi purchased the property and uses it as a guest house for any clerics or dignitaries traveling to Stagburn from elsewhere in the Commonwealth.
It has two large floors well-appointed with furniture and art (much of it left behind by the noble) as well as a wine cellar.
