Artisan Will Vamereen repairs items and also sells a few metal utensils. He is a widower who lives outside the south gate in a small house. He busies himself with trying to repair any item a citizen brings him. He has in-depth technical knowledge over a range of categories, but is not very skilled at communication. He is also an accomplished artist. He sells small (foot tall) tin mobiles affixed to a stand that holds candles. When the candles are lit, the hot air makes the mobile rotate. Some have affixed diminutive figures, fish, animals, or shooting stars made of tin.
