Retta Moine is a druid who has settled here in a cabin next to the lake. Her serves as an advisor to the town forester to manage the forestry land. She has served in this position for almost 50 years and has had both good and not-so-good relationships with those who have been elected as forester. She was known to have many disagreements with Fergus.
Retta raised Casper Tyne after his parents died and taught him how to be a herbalist.
