A large pool in the canyon surrounding the Gran Pillar . It is fed enteriely by hot springs and thus even in the winter time the temperatures in the pool is almost boiling. wash called Eath's Pool by the tern tribes. It is said to have curative powers, able to cure the sick by realinging thier aspects. Samins's Wholeness is water taken from the pool and used in Gran Saminism rituals.
Imersing oneself in the pool is said to have curative powers. However, if one is not rightous enough Samin will reject them and cook them alive. Since the pool is almost always close to boiling, being cooked alive is the most common outcome. For this reason, the Thrye have banned the practice of being immersed in the pool. After many people tried to sneak into the pool anyways and were found dead, the priestesses have declared the location scarred and do not allow anyone near the pool without supervision.
