Keraak Stuk "the userper"

Keraak was a Tern Bas chief that is rumor to have killed Neerse the 3rd and force the elders to elect him. He then changes his name to Neerse the 4th and marches his horde to Yeni, where he is elected by those elders. He is then killed in battle while attacking Delfi.
