3rd Brybort Wars

Also called the Northern Independence War. The Northern cities wanted free access to the portage at delfi. The city of @yeni also got involved ith the war because they wanted greater access to the @tresbort lakes and to the lower strepslim. The war resulted in the transfer of delfi to yeni and the forging of a strong alliance with the northern cities.
