Session 88: Valeun Lower Vault Part 1

We awoke right outside the trial and were met with the same giant-folk who "welcomed" us in. They said they had one more thing to show us before we attempted the trial. What it turned out to be was a 15 mile launch into the air followed by some quick catching of our breakfast. The giants showed us what they called the Ever-Scope. Which allowed them to see a ridiculous distance ahead in any direction. They made note of one location where the noticed two deep vault guardians fighting. We made note of their combat and realized what we would have to do for the deep vaults. Somehow get their attention and vanquish them. We made note of the teleportation circle at the ever-scope which will be handy to find other guardians when the time comes. After the quick drop down, we made our way into the Valeun lower vault. The first immediate change was our vision. It appears that light and darkness has been swapped in our brains and anything that shed a bright light was actually darkness while the opposite was true for light. Pretty nice for us because the area would have been extremely dark. The small valley in front of us was blocked by a rather dangerous group of combatants that nearly took Siona and myself down. The group realized that we need to carve our own path through the sides of the valley and basically create our own new valley. Now we are just slowly making our way as the enemies continue to try and stop us.
