Session 92: Returning Home

We took our long rest and during it asked the giants about the Voldeni. The next morning we went up to the everscope and were directed to look at something more towards Borgland mainland area. We saw a battle going on in a marshland and what appeared to be a large group of people attempting to flee. Didn't work out too well for them because Volsaid used the second script to flood the area slowing them all down. Didn't take much for Volsaid to cut them down after that. It was weird watching another group use the second script. It was even more odd to see the second script used like that. We have used the second script mostly in the trials and at times for travel, but never really for combat. It was a bit of a shock to see it used so... aggressively. At this point they are a problem we will have to deal with, just don't really know when. After using the scope, we teleported back to Fiddletown. Went over and sold a couple items we found and scheduled a meeting with McDuffey. Turns out the ring of invisibility is worth like 800,000 gold, but it may take four weeks to sell. Not an issue and nice to know we have something to retire on in four weeks. Norhm cast legend lore on the Gem Globe and I guess he got a lot of interesting information. Turns out the Voldeni first found it and it has been passed around for thousands of years. Pretty cool artifact. We decided to hold onto it. Next step is selling the gold chest we found, and having our meeting with McDuffey.
