Session 85: Drastically Changing an Ecosystem

We continued our fight with whatever the hell that crazy monster was. Really getting annoying that every monster is new/different from the last. Though I imagine it is super easy for monster parents to recognize their offspring. The beast gave us a good run for our money and took a lot of attacks and spells from us before finally being killed. We took a quick second and searched the gold chest. We found some really nice stuff, including a ring of invisibility and a potion of dragon's majesty. Well worth the fight. In addition, we found some weird amber that Kez really wanted. Wouldn't tell us why, and Crestin told him we would bring it back to the capital. Really doubt that is about to happen. Nevertheless, we quickly went our separate ways. Us heading west, and Kez going back east. Right before our rest we made it to the shrine to Erkataal. We took a nice long rest and are now waiting for what will happen here. I'm betting on some really weird looking monster that has like 20 wings and 6 different legs.
