Pi-Chu

Pi-Chu is the capital city of the island Volat. Pi-Chu is the largest city within the Pelago Islands. It is located on the middle of the North-East coast of Volat - facing towards the island of Ruary.

THE CURIA PAVILLON

The pavillon stands on the central square within Pi-Chu.
This Pavillon is the flexible architectural open space with a domed roof, that served as a place of law, finances and ceremonies (such as The investitt ). It is a permanent structure that is able to change its form and function, with not much great effort.

THE MANIA AMPHITHEATER

Caretaker: Kookee Sharpbeak - Aarakocra male, looks like a Bearded Vulture - has great singing voice, vicorious sense of humour, and encourages fights to the death.

THE GREY TOWER

Library
Built from the ruins of the Great Library of Pelago Islands. A simple tall, grey stone tower full of books, tomes and scrolls.

The Great Library was destroyed a century previous, due to a certain text named "Immortal Royals: The Enduring Ones" - once considered an important text written by members of the Sunrayin Tribe about The Enduring Ones. Acosador was barely recorded and basically forgotten. It only mentioned him in one paragraph, as Troilus' substitute - not naming him, instead calling him the immoral junior of Destruction.

RAFFERTY's

General Goods - Black Market - Animals and Eggs Sellers - Hunting & Fishing equipment.
The Rafferty family own a small fleet of ships, that travel around Esau. They supply items from Malnax, Kutloc, Northern Isle and Fogi Island - also throughout the Pelago Islands.
They purchase discount prices and then sell them for an excellent profit. The founder was Riff Rafferty - in 1396AG. They regularly buy banned items - mostly from Book Seller, Blacksmith, and other Magical Items.
They also train and are magical tattooist.

MARQUIS CHATEAU

Used as mueseum with sections remaining council chambers - while the Triplets - Garithan, Elviaana and Rhonic - are fighting, The Tatlo War, over rule of the Pelago Islands.
