Jingré City


Capital City of the Jingré Region (of the same name within Malnax.

A location known to be home to Humanoids (RACES: Elf, Human, Half-Elf, Halfling, Gnome, and Dragonborn) and of Dragons.

The Council rules the city with a Iron Rule of Traditions and Historical Beliefs.

The city wall looms high as you approach – around the side, avoiding the huge gates around the front. The desert creeps right up to the wall on this side. The side gate is unseen until you get close.
The payment to be allowed in the side gate. Jingré City is larger than it looked. Numerous buildings cluster together – separated only by varying wide and narrowing streets. It is a maze to you who have not been in Jingré City before.

Children are typically not raised by their parents ... newborn to 4.5 approx. = most attend a childcare facility - that all adults take a turn for a month of being the carers; then between 4 and 6 (depends on size and capabilities) they are moved to one of the 4 mines just outside the city - otherwise have short-term schooling with the padren raised children, to learn loyalty to the ruling members of the Inner Council; at around 10 years until 15 years, they attend their 1st bi-annual "Light Within" demonstration - if not selected as Regal Born or other profession return to mines - until are placed; anyone born with a disability or have a physically altering accident in the mines, are moved to the Factory once old enough to work do so;


Regal Borns

These children who have powerful elemental magic; removed from normal society with a "protector" (random non-magical child to buddy with them, but really just to make Council seem kind living in the Regal Born residence under the guidance of the Inner Council;
DARKENED = Regon Borns who mdo not remain loyal to the Inner Council; told as scery threats to children raised by a Padren;


DRAGONRIDERS = selected to rider the Dragons;

The Conserljo = the city’s armed guards

    you understand that a Council member is an individual who have a balance of good and bad within them. The Council members are here to lead Regal Born so they use their strong powers for the good of everyone. They are also to help people know the laws and good codes

    Located = In a Market quarter known for its grand processions, next to the Bathhouse. The street outside is paved with decorative flagstones.
    Building = The Inn is a grand building of timber and clay clad walls, with a white tile roof and a tiled mosaic floor. Accommodations consist of several single rooms with beds and feather filled mattresses.
    Owner = The innkeeper is a tall female elf named Setna. She is a retired Conserljo guard, and keeps an arsenal of weapons in a secure locker.
