Talovo Lake

Talovo Lake is located near the centre of Volat Island of the Pelago Islands. Mutiple waterfalls of various sizes pour into the lake on each side.

WEST SIDE

Coming from the Southern end, if going West, at the first river crossing - crossing Dragonfly River - there is a fairly steep climb to the West, then the path splits the left path heading to wards The Tablelands. Heading right leads to stunning, loud waterfall. Finding the path across can be difficult, and thistle bushes tend to grow over the path.
After 400 feet there is another fork in the track, there is a very steep climb up, and then a partial downwards track into the Hamlet of Grace.

EAST SIDE

If choose to go East side instead, from the southern end, there is two fairly lengthy climbs (not quite as steep) that take a long time to travel. The view of the nextr waterfall makes the walking worth it.
After that the east side trail is an easy, gradual incline. There are very easy to navigate trails with a couple calm river crossings.
The upper meadows are full of wildflowers, the ridge above the lake is known as the Purple Mountain - as most of the flowers are voilet, purple or lilac in colouring. One of the best places to soak in the view of the lake.
Some days the mist settles over the water, which makes it hazy. People speak of faces in the mist - womderous creatures and humanoids alike.

Green Throne

There is a green throne of The Wild Mother on the eastern side of the lake.

Swan Bay

On the South-West side is the Swan Bay Duck Farm - that is on the outshirts of the small settlement named Grace.
